AAMI AFLW Clangers for Good 2024 Promotion

Tell us in 100 words or less what your Community Club would do with the AAMI Clangers for Good Major Prize and how this funding will make a meaningful difference to female players at your club.

The Major Prize $50k and 2 (two) minor prizes of $25k are being provided to upgrade facilities and/or items related to improving the playing experience for female players at the club.

Examples of facilities that winners might use the Prize on might include renovating, updating, installing, or improving changerooms, bathrooms, and training facilities for female players.

The Promotion starts at 9:00 am on Friday 23rd August 2024, and closes at 23:59 pm Friday, 18th October 2024.

No entries will be accepted after this time. (Promotion Period).

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Complete all required fields within this online form.
2. Tell us in 100 words or less what your AFL Affiliate would do with the AAMI Clangers for Good Major Prize and how this funding will make a meaningful difference to female players at your club.
3. Opt in during the entry process to receive communications and be contacted by the Promoters and support agencies;
4. Confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions; and
5. Once complete, hit the submit button to submit entry.

The successful entry will:

1. provide photo evidence to justify the reasons why your club needs the Project;
2. describe how the Project will enhance the welcoming and inclusive nature of your clubs changerooms and/or club house;
3. provide landowner consent to confirm permission for the completion of the Project;
4. make reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Project is completed before the 2025 AFLW season and that your club will be available for promotional opportunity to demonstrate your positive impact to others; and
5. successful applications will enter into a Funding Agreement with the Promoters.

The major prize is a direct bank transfer of $50,000 AUD to the winning AFL Affiliate’s verified bank account (Major Prize).

Two (2) x minor prizes are a direct bank transfer of $25,000 AUD to the winning AFL Affiliate’s verified bank account (each a Minor Prize).

The Prizes will be paid as follows:

(a) 80% of the Funding paid within twenty-eight [28] days of the execution of the Funding Agreement; and

(b) 20% of the Funding on completion of the online acquittal form via SmartyGrants.
